How long does shipping take??
Most Frosted Dog items are made to order and typically ship within a few business days. Delivery time may vary by product type and destination. Coffee, apparel, mugs, and specialty items may ship separately because they may be fulfilled by different production partners.
Why did my items arrive separately?
Some products are produced and shipped by different fulfillment partners, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. This helps us offer a wider variety of Frosted Dog products without holding unnecessary inventory
Do purchases support senior dogs?
Yes. Frosted Dog was built to celebrate senior and special-needs dogs. A portion of proceeds supports senior dog rescue efforts.
Who was Piper?
Piper was the senior rescue dog who inspired Frosted Dog. He was blind, deaf, full of personality, and deeply loved. His legacy continues through our mission to celebrate and support senior dogs.
