Before we get brewing.
Who can inquire about wholesale?
Rescues, charities, churches, nonprofits, offices, community groups, and other businesses are welcome to inquire. We’ll discuss your intended use and confirm the terms that apply.
How does fundraising through resale work?
Your organization purchases coffee at an agreed wholesale price and sets its resale price. The difference, less your selling and other expenses, is what your organization retains. This is separate from an online affiliate commission arrangement; no additional commission is promised on wholesale orders.
Can we collect preorders first?
Tell us your proposed preorder dates and quantities. We’ll confirm the order minimums, available coffee, and lead time before you accept orders or promise delivery to your supporters.
Are wholesale orders shipped free?
Shipping is included in your wholesale quote as a stated charge or an expressly included term. Our retail free-coffee-shipping promotion does not automatically extend to wholesale orders.
Can we order whole bean or ground coffee?
Whole bean and ground options are available across the coffee range. We’ll confirm the specific blends, grind choices, quantities, and packaging available for your order.
Can you guarantee holiday delivery?
Delivery expectations depend on the order, production schedule, destination, and carrier. Please share your preferred arrival date. We’ll confirm what we can offer before you commit; an inquiry alone does not guarantee a delivery date.
